This mini quilt went to Houston International
Quilt Festival in 2006.

The Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative (AAQI) is the brainchild of Ami Simms and is a grassroots effort to raise awareness and fund research to find a cure for this  disease.  All profits are donated to Alzheimer's research. 

I am proud to participate in one aspect of this initiative.  I have promised to donate quilts until at least $1000 in donations for my quilts has been reached.
